My latest stop for service was not up to their usual high standards. The bill included 2 jugs of def fluid when only part of one was used. After calling them I was credited back the 1 jug overcharge and was standards. The bill included 2 jugs of def fluid when only part of one was used. The interior smelled like diesel (had the fuel filter changed) and I noticed oily marks on the lower part of the driver door. The tech must have had diesel on his boot or pant leg.
