A little lengthy but went well. Noah from the service department was outstanding. I forgot my discount coupon for a wheel alignment, but Noah gave me the discount anyway. Also had a recall appointment that was quite lengthy, but understandable. With their tire sale going on now the service mechanics were really hopping. I agree with someone else on the oil changes. Takes too long. I think they need a couple dedicated oil change lanes to speed that kind of service up. More

Waiting I was told my car was done and when I got there 2 hours later was told it wasn't finalized by Kelli and would have to wait. Waited almost 30 minutes a I was told my car was done and when I got there 2 hours later was told it wasn't finalized by Kelli and would have to wait. Waited almost 30 minutes and asked if anyone else could finish it and another employee looked at it and typed about 3 buttons on the keyboard and said it was done. I waited 30 minutes because Kelli didn't want to ask for help. Waste of time but service center did everything great. No complaints there. More
