Steve Ritter hands up the phone on customers when being asked to explain what the service entails and quoting an absurdly high number. Then when calling back asking why I was disconnected, he responds with profanity and hangs up the phone. In addition, when having your vehicle serviced at this dealer expect them to oblivious to your concerns, and expect to get answers like Special Oil, Special Service, Certain things Honda recommends, and other such hoodwink like answers. The receptionists are nice, but the after sales experience is horrible, you'd be better off driving elsewhere. More
