That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. It is unfortunate that you had to deal with so many different people during the purchase process. I know that the Saturday your husband visited our dealership we had our annual fundraiser "Lube-A-Thon" going on that day and it was very hectic. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at Dahl Toyota. I understand that there was a misunderstanding as to the availablity and cost of extended warranty plans that are available to out guests on used vehicles. I have spoken with Alex regarding this matter and have used it as a training topic at our morning sales meeting. Reminding the staff that the extended warranties pricing and availablity should be left up to the business manager to discuss with our guests. The prices can vary by several thousands of dollars based on vehicle, age, miles, length and extent of coverages ranging form high deductable very basic powertrain coverage for 6 month to a year, to low or no deductible much longer complete comprehensive coverages. I apoligize for your misunderstanding of the cost up front. I also apoligize for having to bring the vehicle in to the service department the first week of ownership, but am happy to here that everything was taken of. Please feel free to reach out to me concerning this matter if you wish, I again thank you for your business and hope we can continue to serve you with your service and automotive needs in the future.
