New Purchase I had a bad experience at another GMC dealership in the surrounding community and came to the local GMC dealerhship which I should have done initially I had a bad experience at another GMC dealership in the surrounding community and came to the local GMC dealerhship which I should have done initially. My client advisor--Tracy Warner, showed me large number of cars and SUVs that I thought I was interested in viewing. I told him, I wanted a SUV and he was very honest and asked, "so why are we looking at cars." When it comes to car buying, it takes me a little more time to make a decision and Tracy was very patient and understanding and served as a great advisor in regards to getting me into the vehicle I wanted!!! When I hoped into this one particular vehicle, I was smiling from ear to ear! And he stated, "This vehicle is you!" Today, I am driving in a 2014 Buick Encore SUV and I love it!!! More

Best service at a dealership!! My car had recently fell out on me and I was in dire need of a new vehicle. I came to look at used cars because I knew I could not afford a new one. I was met by Matt who worked very, very hard on finding me the perfect car in my price range! He was extremely professional and I could tell he genuinely cared about me getting in the right car.
