WORST SERVICE CENTER IN Tallahassee Dale Earnhardt Jr. GMC dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I leased a 2014 Terrain from them approx 5 month with the contrac Dale Earnhardt Jr. GMC dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I leased a 2014 Terrain from them approx 5 month with the contract that they would do the oil changes for the next 2 years. The time come for the oil change so I called and made an appointment for 10 am on the 15th of may and my son took the care there.. After 2 ½ hours they were finished. When my son come home and told me how long it took I called the shop and spoke to the mgr. He said they were not that busy and did not know what happened. He said he was sorry. A couple of days later I received a e- mail wanting to know how the service was, I explained to them about it taking so long and asked if I could take it to super lube and the Earnhardt Jr. dealership reimburse them. A couple of days later a women called and left a message saying she was calling back about the service at the dealership. This is 2 weeks later. So yesterday (June 2cd) I called and asked for the general mgr. I was told he was busy and would call me back . Well today is June 14th and not a word from any of those good folks at Earnhardt Jr.. What this is all about is not the long wait but me wanting to know if I can take my car to super lube and the Earnhardt Jr. dealership will reimburse me due too me having a paid contract to have it done at the dealership.. I have been dealing with GM for 50 years and never had a problem that was not taken care of with proper processor More
