I heard really good things about Dale Earnhardt Buick GMC Cadillac and Tim Barry. I spoke with Tim and let him him know what I was in the market for and how much I was willing to pay. He was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock and recommended the Buick Encore for me. I was able to test drive the Encore and Tim answered all of my questions without once pressuring me to make a purchase. Once I decided that this was the right vehicle for me, I was introduced to Paul Fannon who quickly handled all of my paperwork and explained everything in detail. When the deal was done, Paul made sure that I was comfortable in the Encore and showed me where everything was in the vehicle (on/off for lights and windshield wipers, how to adjust the mirrors, explained the On Star system, etc...) From start to finish, I felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend this dealership,Tim Barry, and Paul Fannon if you are the market for a vehicle. More

3/4 ton 4x4 I was at the GMC dealership for work related reasons. Mr Gene, coworker, wanted to browse around to see if he could find a hunting truck. Walking around Mr Gene didn't see anything that he wanted. This attracted the attention of a client adviser Justin Goodwin. He asked how we was, and if he could help us find a specific vehicle. Gene said he was just looking,killing time, not serious about buying. Justin gave us a card, and said to let him know if we needed any help. I spoke up asking about 3/4 ton 4x4 used. Justin said there was a 2000 model in the front row for $10,000. After getting the keys and driving it, I decided it was perfect. Justin took care of everything while i was at work. All I had to do was come back after work, sign, and take my truck home. Signing the paperwork, I noticed $1700 was took off the price. !!!AWSOME!!! More

I did find a car that met most of my qualifications. However, counting on my father for financial assistance I could not make the deal. Timing was off for my father financially. I did not feel the pressure or hard sell from Justin. He asked me what I wanted and needed, not the other way around! Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More
