Tracy found us food and did everything he could to make the process go by quickly. I am truly blessed to have had Tracy help us come to a decision. Just a friendly face and willing to help.I advised him of my situation and what I wanted and in less than 5 minutes I was test driving the car that I later would be driving home. During the paper work process and waiting to see if I would be approved, Ricky was talking to my husband and I like we were old friends. We quickly made the "Tallahassee Connection" and who we both knew and started sharing stories. It was not your typical car buying experience. I felt like they were there to help me get what I want and not just to make a sale, it was like talking to a friend and not a sales person. I left a few hours later in my awesome 2010 4Runner SR5 and we look forward to purchasing my husband's truck from Ricky in the next year. We have been looking at other dealerships and had sales people follow us on foot while we were still in our car, like we were being hunted. I had been looking for a special truck for some time. I have less than perfect credit so I had been turned down everywhere I went. I heard their radio add and thought I would give them a try. I met with my sales agent (Ricky Miller) upon entering the building. He greated me with a smile and even after I told him my credit situation he never made feel like some of the other dealership did. "Like I was wasting their time because of my poor credit". He was honest and upfront with me and stayed late with me to make sure my deal went through. To my surprise it did!!!
