I, also, appreciated that he was not pushy like most salesmen and gave me many options and time to think about what was right for me. I will definitely recommend Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Buick GMC Cadillac dealership and Scott to my family and friends, they have a great staff and great, quality vehicles. Purchase used motorhome on 5 -20-2013 paid asking full asking price. Then told there was a problem and it was sent to Dale Jr Chevrolet ended up costing me another $1,014 to fix brakes 2 weeks later went asking price. Then told there was a problem and it was sent to Dale Jr Chevrolet ended up costing me another $1,014 to fix brakes 2 weeks later went to pick up was not done saying they had ordered wrong part 4 times finally made my 2nd trip to Tallahassee and picked it up 6-20-2013 on day temp tag expired so now 15 days and approx. $2,000 later I still do not have a tag so I cannot use it and even after contacting the corporate customer sevice and numerous voice mails nobody from dealer will even return my calls. Theyhave given me no choice but to contact lawyer. I maybe had to much trust because I have been a long time fan of Dale Sr and Dale Jr and know Sr would never allow anyboby to be traeted this way and thought Jr had that integrity also. Looks like this will be an expensive lesson for me and can only recomend everybody stay clear of this and the Chevrolet dealship as they cannot be trusted and do not follow up on their problems. More
