I was 100 miles from my home when my 2025 Chevy Blazer was towed into this dealership on June 14, 2025 and Johnathan checked me in. My Vehicle was only 5 months old with 5,550 miles on it when the engine was towed into this dealership on June 14, 2025 and Johnathan checked me in. My Vehicle was only 5 months old with 5,550 miles on it when the engine indicator came on and car was not operating properly. This was a Saturday and I was told my service appointment would be on Thursday June 18th. I called the dealership on that day and was told the transmission would have to be rebuilt and the parts had come in on the previous day. On Friday it took me until 3:00 PM o finally get lined up for a rental car. My biggest problem with the service department is they never initiated contact with me. I had called my service advisor a time or two but finally after the 3 weeks I began trying to get some information on my car. Finally on July 8th I talked to the service manager and he called and said all parts had been given to technician and it should be a couple of days. After 4 weeks of frustration on July 11th, I tried to reach the dealership manager but was told he no longer worked there, so I asked for assistant manager and was told he was not available. I asked if there was anyone in charge and they finally connected me to a sales associate. They listened but, had service manager to call me. But that got no results. On July 14th, at the beginning of the 5th week. I called and asked for the assistant manager, but again he was unavailable. I talked with service manager again and he said transmission was installed an they were connecting everything back together. Finally on Tuesday July 15th at 5:30 my car was ready. On July 16th I went to pick up my car. I was directed to my service adviser. I stated my name and told him I was there to pickup my car. He asked me if it ready? Who called you? I told him Terrick had called me. He walked back to a couple of gentlemen and said Mrs. Johnson is here to pickup her car and one of them asked—Jan Johnson—he turned around and looked straight at me and left. I’m sure everyone down there knew my name by the 5th week While I’m thankful to have my vehicle, I understand waiting my turn but guess I expected more with the name of Earnhardt and Hendrick attached to it. More
I didn't think it was possible to get a new car when I walked in. I was at comfortable payment and a new car payment was the last thing I wanted. I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Tennessee street on May 19,2025 and it has been such a horrible and disappointing experience. I traded in 2023 Toyota Corolla because I wanted something a little bigger my corolla was in great condition. 5 days after purchasing the Chevy Trax I started hearing a knocking noise and the engine shaking excessively to the point my legs shakes while driving. I immediately contacted Chevy and even went to see to see the sales guy Dawson on May 25 he said that’s normal but make a service appointment just in case. I did they had something for Monday June 6/9/2025. The vehicle engine shakes, the tire wobbles as if it falls off, low acceleration, ac is not blowing cold, wipers are not working. I feel so unsafe in this vehicle. I explained this to manager Barbie who first seemed to wanted to help and said we can trade it and then comes back and says it will 64.00 more a month if you want to trade want to trade the VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE !! I want a VEHICLE THAT I FEEL SAFE IN ESPECIALLY IF IT IS NEW and purchased less than 30days ago!! The service person Jae has been great but I still feel utterly unsafe in the vehicle and feel like I was defrauded to purchase a unsafe vehicle!! I would not recommend coming here at all !! I am forced to either pay more which I can’t afford or keep a unsafe vehicle! I understand why the previous also returned the same car they sold me because it is an unsafe vehicle!! More
