Salesman was good but sales Mgr was pushy. We were shopping for a new vehicle and drove from Dothan to Tallahassee twice. Kept finding the “perfect vehicle” for us even though it wasn’t what we were looking for. Ended up buying a 2021 Murano In Troy AL…much better experience and much easier to work with without that pushy car dealership feel. Received multiple text messages about other “perfect vehicles” that didn’t have the features we wanted even though they weren’t equipped like we desired. Just didn’t get a good feeling while shopping there…maybe others haven’t had this issue but I’ve been buying vehicles for over 30yrs…and I know what it feels like to be pressured. Definitely felt pressured to buy there and so glad we continued to shop around before making a purchase mistake! More
