I regret buying my 2024 Ram from Dallas Dodge. It’s been a fairly ghetto experience from the purchase, delivery, to the two maintenance services I have gotten there. The last service was 7/26/25. It’s been a fairly ghetto experience from the purchase, delivery, to the two maintenance services I have gotten there. The last service was 7/26/25. The advisor was Vilma. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. After the service I found that they used an impact wrench over the chrome lug nut covers which scratched and bent every single one of them on all 4 wheels. They put a small gouge in the leather of my steering wheel. And lastly they didn’t give me the alignment report when I checked out. I have called them 3 times now requesting the report be emailed to me and they promised to but never did. Good luck to you if you do business with this dealer and service department. More
Very poor communication. Had to call many times to get an update, some times I was put on hold for over 10 mins. They would say we will call you back in an hour but never do! There was an issue with the complimentary oil change. , The service advisor didn’t read the history notes to see what transpired. I was a little perturbed and inconvenienced with the situation. Usually great service but not today. The SA didn't really listen. I told him I had a coupon for the oil change and he didn't note that. Therefore, when my vehicle was done, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it. When my vehicle was done , he didn't even let me know so I don't know how long my paperwork was at the cashier's desk before I went to ask about it. There was only one person at the desk because one of the ladies left to get lunch. Again, I usually have a good experience with the service department but not today. More
