Great service and price, oil changes are the same or less than most shops like take 5 where you have to sit in your vehicle in the heat and get less service. Great job at Dallas Dodge service. Worst service department, I have bought 3 brand new trucks from Dallas Dodge and the service advisors and manager at this location won't give you updates or call back. I had to show up in person just t trucks from Dallas Dodge and the service advisors and manager at this location won't give you updates or call back. I had to show up in person just to have the manager listen to me at the end he was of no help. I explained to Mr.Kimbroug that my 2022 Wagoner turns off completely and going into lock mode since I purchased it in 2022, and that per Google these trucks had a recall for this same problem. I also explained I was very concerned about it shutting off on me because I was involved in a car accident in 2023, I was hit in the rear at a red stop light due to the truck shutting off on me. He stated that the recall was fixed back in 2022 and he could do nothing about it since it didn't shut down on them when they test drove it. We showed him videos of the truck still acting out and a emailed him my accident report as well, still he was of no help. Not only does he not call customers back you have to come into the store for him to come out to see you 20 minutes later, he also ignores emails. I do hope to get a call back from corporate, and see that someone with Dodge cares about their customers, like I said my family loved Dodge we've bought 3 new cars from them and wish to continue doing business with them in the future but for sure they need to pick their employees/ managers better. I have also reported my issue to the NHTSA and have called an attorney to assist me with my cars major issue as I hope not to ever be involved in another car accident due to my car turning off completely and going into lock mode at red lights and stop signs. More
