I took my Dakota truck to have wheels alignment and although it wasn't complete I took it back and the main technician aligned at no extra charge. On 5/17/2025, I took my brand new 2025 Ram 1500 with 877 miles for an oil change at this location. First, a service advisor named Taylor was very knowledgeable and willing to help and welcome me for the fi miles for an oil change at this location. First, a service advisor named Taylor was very knowledgeable and willing to help and welcome me for the first time here at this location. When it was time to pay for the service, I approached the cashier's counter. These two young ladies kept joking with another co-worker from the service advisor department. It took more than 5 minutes, but it seemed longer when you were waiting at the counter for the youngest lady to look at me, and she told me, "This is your invoice. Do you pay Cash or charge?" I looked at the invoice, and the charge was more than $60.00; I asked both girls why the cost was so much when I included a coupon that advertised for $24.95 for an oil change. Neither of them even looked at the invoice, and again, they told me that because your truck required 2 extra quarts, the final cost was a little more than $60.00. I then asked for a service manager. After almost 10 minutes, Mr. JD Kimbrough came, and he was very pleasant and corrected the invoice. When my name was called, I walked up to the counter. The youngest cashier tapped on the new correct invoice and said, "Cash or charge." I paid, and then she gave me a form for a rating. She said nothing and looked at me, showing a complete lack of acknowledgment or respect for the customer. It is very disappointing that the service at Dallas Dodge Chrysler was not up to par. When I returned home, I found that the driver's floor was covered in sand, and there was an oil spill on and near the oil fill area in the engine. This is not the level of service I expected when I brought my brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 for an oil change. Try to learn from the Sewell dealership. More
Service was slow, disorganized and way overpriced. I have visited twice and had same experience. There won’t be a third time.
