This dealership had my car for 3 weeks just to change the motor mounts, I asked several times to have the service manager call me and never once did I get a call from him, I had to jump up the order and call motor mounts, I asked several times to have the service manager call me and never once did I get a call from him, I had to jump up the order and call the general manager to resolve my situation, they only fixed one of the two issues I had brought my car in for, I didn’t want to get the second issue fixed with concern they would keep my car for another three weeks More

Terrible experience overall. Brought a company truck in for service due to the check engine light being on. Dealer advised that they would be performing the necessary repairs und Brought a company truck in for service due to the check engine light being on. Dealer advised that they would be performing the necessary repairs under warranty, and recommended a laundry list of maintenance work to be done. We opted to have them perform the necessary repairs for the check engine light issue. We paid $440 total for the repairs. Truck didn’t even make it back to our yard before the check engine light came back on. We decided to turn back around and drop it back off at the dealership. Shortly after dropping the truck off again, we receive a call from the service advisor. He advised us that PER the technician, everything was working as designed. He claimed that we needed to get the additional maintenance work completed to resolve the check engine light issue. This was never stated in the original diagnostic/estimate. They were basically washing their hands with the situation. I attempted to escalate the situation by trying to contact the service manager, but was unsuccessful. We ended up picking the truck back up a few days later, as no attempt was made to resolve the situation. As I was driving back to our yard, the truck ended up cutting out completely in the middle of a busy highway! We ended up getting it towed back to our yard. Due to this bad experience, we will be taking our fleet business elsewhere. More
