I had an extremely frustrating experience with Clay Cooley Dodge, and I feel obligated to warn others. After over a month of constant back-and-forth, wasted time, and zero accountability, their serv Cooley Dodge, and I feel obligated to warn others. After over a month of constant back-and-forth, wasted time, and zero accountability, their service department completely failed me. My service advisor, Jesus, repeatedly delayed communication and ultimately told me they are refusing warranty coverage on my 2025 Jeep Compass transmission. What makes this even worse is that this issue was clearly caused by a previous dealership repair. Another Dodge dealer had already replaced a defective transmission cooler, which directly led to transmission damage. I provided all documents and evidence proving this was a dealer-related issue — not customer fault. Despite having clear proof in front of them, Clay Cooley Dodge still refused to honor the warranty. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of integrity and responsibility. Key issues: - Extremely poor customer service and communication - Unreasonable delays (over one month with no resolution) - Ignoring documented evidence of prior dealer-caused damage - Refusal to honor warranty on a nearly new vehicle If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership’s service department.
