The young salesman who met me before I even entered the business needs lots of training in sales. He was expressing the desire to have me sign papers before he even knew my name. Then Sean came to the resc business needs lots of training in sales. He was expressing the desire to have me sign papers before he even knew my name. Then Sean came to the rescue. So, grateful for Sean! He recommended another car for me since the dealership didn’t have what I wanted. And I’m thrilled with my “new” car. Had it not been for Sean, the sales manager, interceding…I would have walked away with nothing. Place was clean, music from dealership main speakers was more easy going which is so important when you’re in an establishment such as this for a few hours. Second shift Front Desk girl was inappropriately dressed with short blouse showing skin and tight jeans with holes. Salesmen flirting with her at Front Desk as her back was to her desk thus not able to be attentive to incoming customers. Not a good ‘Welcome to Dan Cummins’! Very inappropriate!!! Earlier Front Desk lady was 100% AWESOME!! She was attentive, professional, even kind (a big bonus!) and appropriately dressed. She has set the bar for Front Desk associate. All of these small things helps to make a positive overall experience Overall I had a more favorable view of the Dan Cummins Paris location. I would come back to the Georgetown location IF Paris location didn’t have what I needed. More
