Dealer needs to refine and improve the procedures that would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time. Wasted half a day because of low ball offers on my trade in due to appraiser saying my vehicle had issues that it did not have. And when I say low ball offer I mean $10k below rough trade in.
