Watch out for Service I bought a used Nissan Versa in August, the Saleswoman was fine, the Finance person was awesome but when I noticed bald, dried out tires during test d I bought a used Nissan Versa in August, the Saleswoman was fine, the Finance person was awesome but when I noticed bald, dried out tires during test drive, I told the Saleswoman that. I said that the tires need to be replaced. I was told that before I would drive it home, Service will do a complete check on the car & include the tires. They either didn't look at the tires & said they did or just figured I didn't know what I was talking about. Regardless, when I picked up the car the next afternoon, the tires were the same bald tires & I was told they rotated & balanced them & they were great. When I had a friend who is a mechanic look at them, he said the 2 in front tires were indeed bald & need to replaced now & the 2 in back were balding & I will need new ones before winter. So, I was ignored & even though I would have paid for the new tires, my request was blown off. So now I'm driving in a lot of rain with bald tires & I am all over the road. I should have had new tires put on & they could have charged me for them. I never asked for free tires! Clearly they don't know what an indicator bar is on a tire or figured I didn't because I am a woman. Needless to say, I am very angry. I put a lot of money on the car that I could have put less down as a down payment & put new tires on. A week later, I called & when I couldn't get her, I texted the saleswoman & told her about the tires & she said she'd forward my text the Service Manager but I heard nothing back. Now I am searching for decent tires for a decent price from a good place. Since I am not from here, I don't know the area well yet. All I heard while we were waiting was how they sold 1000 cars a month. They were recommended to me by several people but I will never use their Service Department nor buy another car from them again. I am a very disappointed they would let a customer who told them of the problem, still drive off on bald tires. In my eyes, very bad Customer Service. More
