These guys held this vehicle for almost 1 month even though many people tried to buy it . Dan Cummins made 0 dollars on this sale as GM totally controlled the deal . The warranty wouldn’t authorize a tear down until the engine completely failed. The service dept. was friendly and professional. However, I wasn’t happy With the recommendation of driving the truck until it leaves me stranded beside the road. I was told to come back in and we could make a trade. After a wasted Saturday with a couple of very rude salesman, I reached out to my original salesman Josue Soriano, who had moved to finance, and explained this very frustrating experience. He put me in touch with Manager Zach Toomey and Salesman Joel Soriano, And they bent over backwards to make things right. We worked out a great deal for a trade and we went home happy. In the end Dan Cummins Chevrolet stood behind their product, and that’s really all anyone could ask for. ****Special thanks to the Soriano brothers Josue and Joel and Zach Toomey who really went above and beyond to turn a negative into a positive. Turned away because we don't want to finance. Apparently they are OK with turning away customers who are wanting to pay cash at full asking price. Their explanation is because they are hoping to c Apparently they are OK with turning away customers who are wanting to pay cash at full asking price. Their explanation is because they are hoping to capture some financing. I understand that, because I know there is money made on financing, which is fine. However we do not need or wish to finance so we are turned away. We were also told that they don't want to sell to us because "This is a vehicle we want to sell to a customer and hopefully create a fan with." So I guess we don't count as a customer? Sounds like discrimination to me. Perhaps I should look into that. I have a full email chain to support this review as well. More

Exceptional experience I’ve always been a bit leery about salesmen. I had looked for a reasonable vehicle with a a price to match for about a month with no luck. A friend of I’ve always been a bit leery about salesmen. I had looked for a reasonable vehicle with a a price to match for about a month with no luck. A friend of mine was very happy with his dealer and offered to make a call. Great, right?! One small catch...his car dealer was in his hometown in KENTUCKY and well, I’m from TEXAS!! He made a call and within 5 minutes I had Adam Lynch calling me to explore options. I explained what I was looking for and the price range I was wanting to stay within for my budget. He stayed on the phone with me for about an hour while we looked through vehicles. I found a 2018 Chevy Silverado. Kelli sent me an email to apply. I thought surely it was a lost cause. He said he would work on it. I thought yeah right, he has more hopeful looking apps I’ll get put last. I was so wrong!! Adam worked on my paper work with Mr. Tim. Adam kept in touch with me and was available for any questions I had. I know I mentioned the different states, but I’m talking 1200 miles and a 2 hour time difference as well. I know there were many times he was off the clock and still helping. You think it’s a lot of time and effort to fill out paperwork? Try doing it through the mail!! Thankfully, they made it simple. Paperwork submitted and accepted just left me finding time to get the truck. I had intentions of flying, but they did me one better!! They were able to use my car as a trade-in which meant I could drive my car there and come back in my new truck. Here comes Adam again. It would be 2 weeks before I was able to make the trek to Kentucky. You’d think the deal is done so the salesman has done his job and it’s all over. Nope! Adam kept in touch the whole time...even during my drive. He “wanted to make sure my truck was nice, shiny, and ready for me”. (Paris had 4 inches of snow the day before I was to arrive). My daughter and I arrived about 6:00 pm. Because he was helping other customers, he texted me to let me know he had already made arrangements for me to meet with Mike Brown to turn over my car, grab the keys to my new truck and be on my way. Mike took us to get our things from the car and we were out within the hour! Adam messaged me to check on us on the way home. My overall experience was far worth more than I could have ever imagined. The drive was filled with beautiful scenery and quality time with my daughter. This truck buying experience was the absolute best. 😊 More
