That is rare, For me its been a bit of a roller coaster by its due to my schedule and they have worked with me every step of the way. My buying experience has been so great, that I brought my father in and he purchased a 2016 2500 silverado. If you go in ask for "The anthony's" Anthony ferrebee and kiskaden. One is a sales person other is the manager they have both bent over backwards to make my experience awesome.
