Prompt courteous staff; eager to serve their customers! Assured me that they would call as soon as my vehicle was done, and they did! It makes it a lot easier to bring my vehicle in for service or repair and know it will be taken care of.

I arrived early at 9 am and was checked in promptly but then waited in their lounge for over 2 hours. I went to the service desk and asked for an update. About 20 minutes later I was told that the service manager was just now test driving my 2019 chevy colorado (15,000 miles) to determine if my claim was valid? He denied the transmission service based on his short test drive and not completing a computer analysis? I requested a better explanation for denial and both the service desk lady and service manager guy talked with me for a few minutes before I left the dealership so that was appreciated.

Overall, it was a good experience. There was one small hiccup which was promptly addressed. The employees were extremely apologetic for the oversight. Good visit

Always a very friendly greeting when you arrive. No waiting in line. Nice clean waiting areas with refreshments. Updates if you are longer than expected. Informed of a recall I didn't know about.

Service went good. Was in and out in 20-25 min. Waited in the waiting room. Only thing was the tv reception was going in and out. But I read on my phone so it was fine.

I had an appointment for a recall on my truck and everything went as planned.... on time and completed . Thank you! Very pleased with the service I received!!

Went in for oil change and was out in just a few min. Quick service. Got there early and was able to get right in.

Service adviser asked if I there for oil change and tire rotation. I told him that two of the tires were installed within the last 6 months. He stated that if I did not want the tires rotated, he would remove the rotation from the scheduled service. I told him to rotate them. I asked if they could re-install the Buick emblem that fell off the passenger doorframe. He basically told me how to do it myself. I asked to wash the car and he said it was closed. I don’t know why they call it a SERVICE Department.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, appointment was for 11:15, I left at 12:40. Tire pressures were not equaled out, washer fluid not filled
