I arrived early at 9 am and was checked in promptly but then waited in their lounge for over 2 hours. I went to the service desk and asked for an update. About 20 minutes later I was told that the service manager was just now test driving my 2019 chevy colorado (15,000 miles) to determine if my claim was valid? He denied the transmission service based on his short test drive and not completing a computer analysis?
I requested a better explanation for denial and both the service desk lady and service manager guy talked with me for a few minutes before I left the dealership so that was appreciated.
