Crystal was very pleasant and helpful with the sale of my 2012 Ram 3500. The problem I have with this dealership is they knowingly sold me a truck with major problems. Long story short, in 5 days and 3 my 2012 Ram 3500. The problem I have with this dealership is they knowingly sold me a truck with major problems. Long story short, in 5 days and 300+\- miles the transmission went out. I meet the tow truck driver to tow the truck (which broke down 50 miles from home) and the ignition shorted out. I had the feeling something was wrong because they would not sell me any kind of warranty with the truck. If they thought the truck was in good shape then why not take more of my money for the Warranty. I literally offered them $500 for a 30 day power train warranty and they wouldn’t. I bought the truck as is and wouldn’t be writing this review except I just can’t get it out of my mind that they knew it had this problem. Buyer beware, this dealership will sell you junk and not bat an eye about it. More
