After over an hour drive to the dealership, things were handled professionally with my trade. I could not be happier with the Jeep and my overall buying experience at Dan Cummins Georgetown. I will likely give first dibs to this dealer and Carl specifically in the future for any vehicles I am looking to buy that can be found on their lot. I contacted this dealership for an online purchase of a Ram 2500 that I saw on Car Guru. They ran my credit for financing, I was approved and said they would send the paperwork to finalize the deal. They called me back a few hours saying the truck had been sold, but they had other trucks in the similar price range( they did not). Total waste of time I believe they never intended to sale that truck to me and tried to bait and switch me!! Stay clear of this dealership!! More

The excuses I received for this breach of trust were nothing short of disappointing. The dealership’s representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, offering weak justifications for their greed-driven decision. Their lack of professionalism and respect for customer agreements was evident throughout the ordeal. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disrespected. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and be wary of their practices. It's a shame to see a dealership prioritize profit over customer integrity and trust. More

I'm 74 years old and I felt like I was being treated like an 18-year-old buying a car from a used car salesman. Besides the delivery not being handled very well, pricing was sent on two separate proposals. I never haggaled around the price and I never hagled on the trade-in. The sales tax was charged the same for both proposals at the higher rate. There's a recall about $500 more. The deal was completed on Friday night , the transportation company did not get the order till Monday at five. There is been no explanation on the delivery. Seems to me if you're delivering a vehicle out of town you would have a local jeep dealer set up to go over the delivery instructions. More
