But the day I tried my luck with Dankperkins, I had the pleasure of talking to Mounir, who since day 1 has been exceptionally informative. I thought I had done my homework about Cars, but unlike others, Mounir gave me very structured information that I would need and he knows what he is talking. Dan Perkins was never pushy about selling cars and given the wonderful support they were providing, I decided to go with Subaru crosstrek at Danperkins. Mounir was very punctual, he told me he would have the car ready on a particular date and everything was on time. Although I had some complications during the process, Mounir was extremely supportive. His systematic and organized way of working, professionalism deserves a 5-star review. More

He ended up checking in with me at the end of the day, keeping me updated on his progress, and later gave me a competitive quote for a new Ascent. After meeting him the following day at the office, we could tell he was very customer oriented and concerned with the perception of the dealership and well-being of the customer. He was also honest with his word. There was a mix-up regarding the inventory that was admittedly stressful, but in the end, I appreciated Steve's forthrightness when it came down to it. Once that issue was resolved, it was a relatively smooth process to the finish. Steve ushered things along politely and am sure we will be in touch with him down the line for future needs or potential business. More
