It was the fifth dealership I went to, and I knew immediately, this was my last stop. Honest, caring and personable. Well, here I am again five and a half years later, and the service is even better...if that's possible. My salesman was Tony Setaro. I was purchasing a used car. I told Tony the monthly payment I was comfortable with, and what mileage I didn't want to go over. There wasn't any push or sales games, trying to convince me to purchase a car outside of my budget comfort zone. After talking to Tony on the phone, he had a car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Tony was completely available to me with any questions that I had, and his response was prompt. I noticed there was another car with the same exact make, year and model, but in a pearl gray color. Tony had the car cleaned and ready for me to inspect the next day. The end of this story...Tony kept my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it and even provided me with a car under the mileage I requested. Tony was pleasant, positive, very professional, went above and beyond every step of the way, and made my purchase seamless. I also have to mention the business manager, Nick Aquilina. Nick, if I can use the word, was refreshing. You know, sometimes when you're in the paperwork process, a business manager will try to sell you extra coverage that you don't need. Well, Nick did not push me into anything I didn't need and was also mindful of my budget as well. There is always lots of paperwork involved in purchasing a car and many questions. Nick's awesome and comforting personality eased my stress and he was very patient and clear with any questions that I had. Best car purchasing experience EVER! Thank you! Randy Colin More

As someone who has never made a car purchase before, I went into the process with very little knowledge of what to do/ what to look for / what the modern car technology entailed, etc. Marc patiently guided me through each step of this process; he willingly answered my many many questions, had no problem with me test-driving multiple vehicles, helped me set up insurance, and when I was indecisive about whether I really wanted a certain car, he made it possible for me to rent the car for 24 hours to help me make up my mind. I think I went into Suburu every day for a week straight (because I was dealer-hopping and incredibly indecisive), and Marc was always friendly, funny, and eager to help.
