Bob was great! Since my husband's commuter car was on the verge of dying, we found ourselves in the position of needing a another vehicle asap. We were pretty set on purchasing a new Crosstrek since we love our 2010 Outback. We hadn't purchased a new vehicle in a very long time and admittedly, I was very stressed by the prospect of purchasing a new car. I had done research online for pricing as well as internet dealer searches. Dan Perkins had been recommended to us and was closest proximity wise. We were paired up with Bob who was very patient, pressure-free, and straight forward about the ins and outs of new car buying. Bob helped us get an extremely fair trade in price for our older car and also helped guide us with financing options. The new Crosstrek that we wanted had to be located from another dealership and Bob kept us posted every step on its arrival. We've only had the car for a few days, but thus far we are very, very pleased. More
