My wife and I first pulled into the garage we waited about 15 to 20 minutes. I thought that was a bit much. After that Frank came over to help us out. From there on Frank kept us in the loop as to what was happening. He finally came to the waiting room and told us was happening to our2023 forester. Frank gets an a+. Now I have to wait until a shifter comes in and replaces the one that is not working properly. This is the third time that I have been back for service. Thank you Mike Hanscom More

i’m not sure who’s running the circus at Dan Perkins but management is horrible, i was there yesterday when a manager was talking very violently & disrespectful to an ex employee trying to pick up his belon management is horrible, i was there yesterday when a manager was talking very violently & disrespectful to an ex employee trying to pick up his belongings. a lot of cursing & overall foul language. just horrible & such an embarrassment to this company. 0/10 would not recommend. I was picking up my vehicle and I’m not too sure what was going on when I overhear the manager screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs to another individual using such foul language.
