To help you in the future we have a waiting list for our Cadillac loaners and preferably they are given out to customers who purchased the car here and/or the repair is a warranty item paid for by the manufacturer and that particular warranty item has the customer out of their vehicle for a day or two. We do offer an express oil change service which is performed by our Lube Technician. When another service is added the job then gets assigned to a mechanic, who may have current jobs they're working on. We will review your concerns with the employees.
