When we arrived at the Brunswick location, we were told Tyler was off. So we talked with another salesman and he couldn’t locate the vehicle. Finally, he finds out the vehicle wasn’t there, that’s it was in Fernandina FL. So when my husband was talking with Tyler about the Suburban it wasn’t even on the property. We drove 2.5 hours one way to purchase the vehicle. Can you tell me what kind of operation is that? I received a threatening call today from a man who Identified himself as General Manager. He told that I had better never write another complaint about Vaden and ordered never to go upon Vaden Chevrolet Property again. More

Jonas Whitfield, the general sales manager and his superiors are the stereotypical liars that you expect at a car dealership. I gave Jonas the benefit of the doubt more than once and he continued to not come through on his promises some in writing some not, either way the results were the same. Don’t waste your time or your money going to this dealership. The management doesn’t get held to any acceptable standard that you would want to do business with. I could elaborate extensively with the emails, messages, paperwork etc. that they were clearly in the wrong, but it's easier just to let the public know to avoid them. More
