Over a period of a week, I worked with Neal Wilson and a couple of other managers at Vaden to find and acquire our perfect vehicle. They finally found us one in Florida and took every step necessary to get it here in time. When we arrived to pick it up, Scott DeBrae was the sales associate assigned to us to complete the deal. He greeted us with a smile and warm demeanor. He energetically took us out to the car and encouraged us to "get to know it." He was knowledgeable of the car and its features and wanted to make sure we knew all that we could. We continued to have light-hearted banter throughout a short test drive and the rest of the process. This was fun for us. The team was very helpful . Pretty efficient . The insurance girl wasn't very good at her job and texting someone the entire time I was in there.
