Needed new motor. Engine problem diagnosed and a replacement motor was needed. Danbury Jeep was very accommodating with my schedule and had me in a rental (Wrangler Sah Engine problem diagnosed and a replacement motor was needed. Danbury Jeep was very accommodating with my schedule and had me in a rental (Wrangler Sahara!) right away. They kept me appraised of the progress and answered all my questions. I told him I had been two 2 different dealerships thus far in person, and wouldn't be returning to either of them. The first one had a salesperson with miserable communication skills, and at the 2nd, I felt very pressured, even though I made it clear I was only gathering information. I also explained to Vinny that I didn't NEED a car; my current vehicle was 10 years old, had less than 100,000 miles on it, and was running great. I really was on the fence about whether I should spring for a new vehicle at this time. I had expressed interest in a particular vehicle, but it was already sold when I got there. I test drove a nearly identical vehicle, but really didn't care for the color. A 3rd vehicle (different model) caught my eye on the showroom floor. Vinny shifted gears (no pun intended) and answered all my questions about this new vehicle. He ultimately offered me a great deal, and I went home with a new car. Throughout the process, Vinny was very low key, as was Carlos, the finance person. They asked me what I wanted, and offered me options without trying to force them on me. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Vinny when you're searching for a new vehicle. More

Not very honest Bought a used truck from them, truck had some body damage and was told they had a body shop and it would be repaired to new condition. They did a poor job fixing the passenger side, wavy and paint doesn’t match. Ended up getting some money off for the poor body repairs. Truck supposedly got a full service prior to delivery. Checked the oil when I got home and it was black and a quart low. Had to leave on a dealer plate due to not being able to register my truck that day. Was told they would get the registration to me next day. I had to call 5 times that week, left message for salesman and manager with no response or a call back. Finally was able to get in touch with Finance manager who was able to take care of it 4 days later. More

Shady practice Purchased a 1500 Ram with lending though the dealership. The dealership doesn’t explain/tell the customer that your credit will or could be ran though Purchased a 1500 Ram with lending though the dealership. The dealership doesn’t explain/tell the customer that your credit will or could be ran though multiple banks. Vinny the sales person said Ally would be the creditor due to them having the beat rates. Months later I am finding out they ran my credit though possibly multiple banks and they can’t tell me who they used or how many. Vinny denied stating it would be Ally as the lender even though it was advertised as a promotion in their online ad ran on their website and stated if I went though my credit union I would get the promotional “credit”. Vinny is a liar. Carlos find nothing wrong with what they do as far as running your credit multiple times and notinforming the customer.. This is a shady and dishonest practice they use. Will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More
