From the moment I walked into the show room I was greeted in a courteous manner, and was immediately attended to (salesman was Harry Shah). The individual was very professional, polite, and was able to assi in a courteous manner, and was immediately attended to (salesman was Harry Shah). The individual was very professional, polite, and was able to assist me in getting down to what I was really looking for in a vehicle. I walked in with a general idea, however, Harry was able to aid me in identifying exactly what was most important to me and my family. I found this to be exceptionally helpful. I test drove a couple of vehicles, offered feed back, and he was able to identify the perfect "fit" for my needs. I am very happy with the service I received, as well as how quickly/seamlessly the deal went through. Thank you, best regards. More

We have owned more than 30 cars in 27 years - we have never had as positive an experience buying a car as we had with Alex Davydov at Danbury Jeep. We were given an extremely competitive price on the ca never had as positive an experience buying a car as we had with Alex Davydov at Danbury Jeep. We were given an extremely competitive price on the car and lease and the trade-in was very fair. Alex is an exceptional professional - he answered all calls and emails promptly, knew everything there was to know about the car, was friendly, courteous and eager to help in any way we needed.Without reservation, we would recommend Danbury Auto (Jeep) and purchasing a car from Alex Davydov. Routine 7,000 mile oil change appointment. When I arrived I was advised that Chrysler recommends tire rotation at this service of which I was unaware. I was also advised of the need for replacement arrived I was advised that Chrysler recommends tire rotation at this service of which I was unaware. I was also advised of the need for replacement of parts for a Jeep recall, parts are now on order and will be taken care of shortly. All staff was friendly and conscientious. I would definitely recommend a Jeep and the service department. More

My husband and I were looking for a used Dodge Durango and were unable to find one with the features and engine we wanted locally. I discovered cars.com and found a Durango that looked to be a good fit at and were unable to find one with the features and engine we wanted locally. I discovered cars.com and found a Durango that looked to be a good fit at Danbury. I e-mailed and asked specifically if the car had a navigation system. I was told, "yes, it does have navigation". Once a price was negotiated we gave a down payment and began the purchase. This car had been listed on the Danbury website - and also on the CARFAX - as having 49,500 miles on it. About 5 days after we began the purchase I looked at the CARFAX again and noticed that the mileage had gone up to over 50,000. We didn't argue about it, but proceeded with the sale. We then hired a car-carrier service to deliver this car to us. When the car arrived, it had over 50,400 miles. (Someone had added 900+ miles since the listing had been posted!) It had also been claimed to have had a 120-point inspection, however upon arrival we noticed a fog light and a signal light not working. (Those must have gone out during the 900 miles driven at the dealership.) The vehicle has, in fact, NO navigation system. I was told by our local Dodge dealer that this is a $2,100 upgrade of the whole radio. The car was also NOT detailed as had been promised by our salesman, who blamed the trucking company for not giving him enough notice (although the car was there for 3 weeks after we began the purchase). Very sadly, Danbury has offered us only $500 to resolve these issues. More
