Our experience with Alex Davydov at the Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dealership was exceptional. We were looking for the much sought after Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition, and Alex's efforts to locate an Jeep Dealership was exceptional. We were looking for the much sought after Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition, and Alex's efforts to locate and secure one in the color and with the specific amenities I was looking for, was above and beyond. We had been told by another dealership that this vehicle was in such limited supply that we would have to factory order the vehicle and wait 8 - 10 weeks, but Alex was determined and called many dealerships until he found a way and negotiated a deal with another dealership to get us the vehicle of my dreams! After the sale, Alex continued to shine, and took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and how to enjoy all of the exciting and unique features of my new car ... including greeting me and following up with me again on a return visit to the parts department for a ski rack that had to be special ordered after the sale.
