What Others Say The service coordinators are top shelf, always keeping the customer in mind .I have a Hyundai Palisade I purchased new tires from firestone my alignment was off the tires were not balanced always keeping the customer in mind .I have a Hyundai Palisade I purchased new tires from firestone my alignment was off the tires were not balanced properly either, At which time I took my car into Danbury Chrysler, They serviced my car realigned it and balanced tires. Had a complete failure of the transmission on my Jeep GC. Yvonne and Justin worked with the extended service warranty company to facilitate the repair. They also helped me escalate the parts delivery with Yvonne and Justin worked with the extended service warranty company to facilitate the repair. They also helped me escalate the parts delivery with Jeep, and we were able to get the new transmission almost a month sooner than expected. The transmission was installed quickly once the part arrived. Excellent customer service. Thanks! More
