I have brought my Ram here ever since I bought the truck in 2014 with 3,000 miles on it. Every 6-12 months I need to bring in the truck for broken exhaust manifold bolts. I have had them replaced countless in 2014 with 3,000 miles on it. Every 6-12 months I need to bring in the truck for broken exhaust manifold bolts. I have had them replaced countless times along with all the parts including new exhaust manifolds. This was paid for by my extended warranty, which has now expired. Chrysler warranties their parts for a total of 2 years. But this 2 years is only from the last time you actually paid for the replacement or paid your deductible to have the work completed. I had them give a quote to have them replaced without the extended warranty and for the passenger side bolts replaced would cost in excess of $2200.00. I would recommend you stay clear of any DODGE RAM HD Trucks they are trash. A simple bolt should not brake every year, this was a design flaw from the factory, using different metals that expand and contract at different temperatures causing bolts to break. I blame the dealership for not doing enough to find a remedy for this issue, and standing by there customers. I will never own another RAM pick up again. they are honestly nothing but crap and live in the service bay at Dodge dealership. More
