Service with a twist. I made an appointment for normal oil change and asked for the mechanic to look for cause of intermittent squealing that I associated to a pulley. It t I made an appointment for normal oil change and asked for the mechanic to look for cause of intermittent squealing that I associated to a pulley. It turned out to be the serpentine belt that had some glazing on it in places. The twist was that because they were busy my car went untouched till late in the day and as a result the mechanic stayed after hours to put a new belt in so I would not be inconvenienced another day. Nice! I like all the people there and they recognize me and always are courteous and helpful. My van has 200K miles and they have kept it in very good mechanical shape. That is why I go there. More

Scheduled oil change and checking tire pressure I arrived and checked in with Ed Roberts for a scheduled oil change. I had mentioned that my tire pressure was getting low in the rear passenger side, I arrived and checked in with Ed Roberts for a scheduled oil change. I had mentioned that my tire pressure was getting low in the rear passenger side, the Bluetooth was acting up, and that the transmission acted up one day. He said that he would look into the issues for me. I was still in the lounge waiting for a ride and Ed came in to let me know that the last 2 issues mentioned may have been due to software updates needed. He also offered me a ride home or anywhere near by to pass time. I appreciated the gesture but let him know that I had a ride on the way. After picking up the vehicle he showed me that there had been a screw in my tire and I tested the Bluetooth which seems to be working fine now. More

He was very helpful with whatever questions we might have. We couldn't be more pleased with Luiz. I have stopped a few times to ask him questions about the different functions and he would stop what he was doing and help, always reassuring me that he would always be there to help anytime. He was great! He will definitely be our future salesman! The service department is great. I dealt with Yvonne Scarduzio. She was so helpful. She provided us with a rental while ours was in the shop and made the experience of "a service department" more relaxing. She kept me informed from day to day. There are not too many dealerships that would even care if you had a car after you dropped yours off. You would have to find your way. I think this is a BIG plus for a dealership to give you this service. We were very pleased with this whole experience. We hated giving our Jeep up for the time, but she made it easier. Thank you all. Left my car for service was dammaged when I picked it up I brought my car in for service, when I picked it up it had been damaged while on their lot. They advised me it wasn't their issue and provided me wi I brought my car in for service, when I picked it up it had been damaged while on their lot. They advised me it wasn't their issue and provided me with a $2,000 estimate to fix the issues that happened on their lot. I spoke to several folks at the service department who all agree that they are not responsible for the cars on their lot. I have been waiting for a call from the service manager Clyde DeGray for 2 days and still have not received a call. More
Friendly and accommodating with loaner-Ed did a nice job. In general however, this service was for recalls-3 on the same car. In addition, I was told that I needed a lot of maintenance done on my leased car and I can't shake the feeling that I was "upsold" as I ended up spending $500 when just bringing my car in for recall fixes.
