Received a rental car from Enterprise - fully paid for by the dealership - while they fixed a broken part on my new Santa Fe. Had another great experience with the Enterprise staff - very courteous and professional guys. While the broken part was a total inconvenience and would normally make me furious, everyone at the dealership tool very good care of me and there was no way that I could be angry! More

Always a Good Experience The Hyundai service department is the best. I don't want to go anywhere else for service. My first Hyundai wa a Veracruz, which was a great car. Then they called me b/c they wanted me to trade in the Hyundai for something else and I wound up getting a newer model Tucson, which was also a great car. Then last week they called me b/c they have people interested in a 2012 Tucson, and I drove away in a 2012 Honda! I had to make sure that I was still able to bring the car to the Hyundai service department; I didn't want to use any other service department. JT was the salesman, and he was a very nice guy to deal with. Steve Y. was very helpful with the finances and the warranties. And so far, so good - hopefully, even though I don't have a Hyundai anymore, they'll still call me in a year or so for me to trade in the Honda. ;) More

Until we bought our Hyudais we had had very typical experiences with other dealerships. The quotes were often misleading and service was very sloppy. Danbury Hyundai employees are very helpful and their word seems to be their bond. We have had nothing but great interactions with the service dept. Brenda is great. She is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back. A friendly and helpful woman that seems to honestly care about customers and like her job. She is a keeper. More
