He was honestly a pleasure from my first phone call, until the moment he attached my plates for me. I had always had Subaru's and quite honestly didn't know a lot about Kia's. He was informative and made me feel comfortable with my choice as well as explaining as many options as possible. He was patient when things weren't going exactly as planned, and took my calls and questions with a smile on his face. I could tell he was genuinely happy for me when I drove away in my 2016 Kia Sportage, and it was just a great experience.
