Horrible After two different offers on my trade-in they rescinded the offer when all paperwork was done and I was supposed to pick up my new car the next day. The trade-in broker at this dealership does not care about you or your trade all he wants to do is rip you off and smile in your face. Smooth Sailing I had spent weeks looking for the right Audi Q5 at the right price and I found it at Weeks Pre-Owned although I couldn’t get there for a few days. I I had spent weeks looking for the right Audi Q5 at the right price and I found it at Weeks Pre-Owned although I couldn’t get there for a few days. I called the dealership and spoke to Derek who let me know that he couldn’t hold the car that long, but if I called up the day before and the car was still there he could hold it for me. I did just that and asked him to have the car ready because we had a trade-in and with the car being CPO we were very likely to buy it. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and when we arrived Derek had the car completely detailed and ready to sell! He helped us make the entire process seamless and when we discovered an issue with the passenger side visor(who would think to check that?) Derek helped us get it fixed at a dealership next to my work. All in all this was a great experience and Derek made it happen! Thanks, Derek! More
