Since I was from another state and looking remotely, Richard made sure I had all the extra photos I needed and that the price was exactly where I needed it to be before I committed to coming in. Al also went above to give me the best possible amount for my trade-in, which was at least three times more than what KBB calculated. Even now, with the MVC (DMV here in NJ) being backed up by months, Weeks has helped us stay legal on the roads here. Between the friendliness, patience, personal accommodations, and extra effort from Richard and Al, I am beyond happy with my purchase.
