Normally I am apprehensive when purchasing cars, new or used, but fortunately I bumped into Steve on the lot. After a conversation regarding what my wife was looking for I came to realize our questions were answered honestly, with genuine patience and an in-depth knowledge of the Audi models features on the lot. After quickly settling on a price, Steve outlined in detail what was required and followed up immediately when I emailed or called with some questions during the week. On our purchase date they were no surprise charges or fees, just your minimum (tax, title, plate and conveyance). Applause should be given for the simplicity of the purchase breakdown. Steve patiently explained each Audi document/warranty/feature as he presented them for us to review and the significance of each. Jerry closed our financing and final purchase documents in the same manner as Steve, explaining in detail the significance of each document, the terms, line by line breakdown of our financing and whom to contact if we have any questions in the future. Once again, an honest and friendly experience with no surprises. After completing the purchase Steve spent a significant amount of time detailing out the cars features to my wife and even paired her phone for her. Without hesitation, based on my superb experience I highly recommend Weeks and big thanks to Steve and Jerry who both exhibited genuine professionalism and made the whole car buying experience a pleasurable event. No issues throughout the negotiating process. It was fair and mutual. My sales rep was Steven Mortati. Steve was quick to mention early on in our discussions that he was relatively new to the automotive business and I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly learned that his business acumen, knowledge of the vehicle I was hunting, honesty and integrity became very evident during our discussions which put me a ease. Steve was able to source the exact car I wanted to all of my specifications and handled all aspects of the purchase with the utmost professionalism.
