Worst interaction I have ever had with a dealership. Had an offer accepted but as like many other they try to a markup fee for ceramic coating (Claiming its Ceramic Pro) I had read about that scam, so I Had an offer accepted but as like many other they try to a markup fee for ceramic coating (Claiming its Ceramic Pro) I had read about that scam, so I declined the deal. I mean $699 for a spray bottle Ceramic coating job. I called the local Ceramic Pro shop which is about 35 miles away and asked them about it and they laughed. Said if they did a Durango it would be at least $1,700 and they aren't using their H9 coating. So, I decide to place another offer in on the Durango and add $400 to my offer if they drop that fee. Salesman turns it in and then nobody will return my call or send me a text. So, I am thinking they had another buyer and get nothing from them for four days. On the 5th day I use my other Email address and see if car is still available. Get a reply from sales manager that if was, and if I need anything I could contact him. So, I send him an Email letting him know that I am the same guy and used my other email to get a response. I say I see the car is still available and am still interested in making a deal. You guessed it crickets. The car is still sitting there for sale, and we were only $300 apart on my 2nd offer. I would say if you go there just reduce your offer by another $700 to cover their money grab fee/scam and you might get a return message. More
