Purchased my Yukon XL from Sean about a week ago. I hate purchasing vehicles due to the “sales game” all dealerships play but Sean was truly a professional and just genuinely willing to help. Within 30 miles after purchasing the truck I had engine issues and notified Sean immediately. I sent the truck to a local dealer of my choosing and he made sure they would cover the repair regardless of the cost. Both Sean and the dealer honored their word with no questions asked. I am well aware that unexpected things happen when dealing with used vehicles but the way the resolution was handled definitely exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this dealer again and if I do I will definitely be giving Sean a call More
