Rich is a terrific sales person. I saw a vehicle online around 7 PM and filled out the web form. I wasn’t expecting a reply until the next day but in about a half an hour Rich replie I saw a vehicle online around 7 PM and filled out the web form. I wasn’t expecting a reply until the next day but in about a half an hour Rich replied with answers most of my questions. We messaged back and forth a few more times and I decided to make the 3 hour drive the next day for an in person look at the vehicle. When I arrived Rich was working with another couple but took a minute to introduce himself, offered me something to drink and a place to sit while he finished. Within the next 10-15 minutes no less than 4 different people stopped and asked if I comfortable and if I needed anything. An hour later I was driving my new-to-me truck back home. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The vehicle itself was probably cleaner than the day it came off the assembly line and had a full tank of gas! The facility was stylish and very well kept. They even helped me return my rental car down the road picking me up and bringing me back to the dealership. I can honestly say that this experience has been the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever had. Thank you Rich and the entire team. More
