I needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I was hesitant to purchase a used car for fear of the unknown. We were told to go to Weeks Pre-Owned, because. they were the best. When we arrived I was hesitant to purchase a used car for fear of the unknown. We were told to go to Weeks Pre-Owned, because. they were the best. When we arrived we were greeted and introduced to Bryan LeBlanc. He had this calming, attentive approach. My daughter and I were clearly nervous. Within a few minutes, we felt we were in good hands. He took the time to ask my daughter several questions as to what she was looking for and what was most important to her and of course me (safety). He showed us a handful of cars. He let us discuss it amongst ourselves. He had the paperwork all prepared and put together for my daughters favorite car, so we could go. home and think it over, there was no pressure at ALL. We were grateful for the documents. The next day, we went back to test drive the top 3. He had the cars warmed up, the radio going, he new all the features of each car, such a thoughtful individual. Bryan and I stayed in touch and 4 days before my daughters birthday, I went back and purchased her number one choice. Bryan made it so unbelievable smooth. He did practically everything that he could and told me exactly what I needed to do. To top it off; he let me borrow a big red magnetic bow to put on the car; when I presented it to my daughter for her birthday. So in summary, Bryan is our super hero, we are so grateful he was our support and guide through, what can be quite stressful. My daughter LOVES her car and she got what she wanted, thanks to Bryan's amazing listen skills. Thank you Bryan, you are truly one in a. million. Purchased a Tesla Model Y. Communication and negotiation were amazing. However when I arrived cars detail just was terrible overspray armor oil everywhere.
