Since they didn't have the truck we wanted in stock, they found one in Denver and had it delivered to the dealership almost immediately. Their professionalism and kindness was exceptional. Also, as we traveled from Pueblo to purchase the vehicle, they filled up the car we brought to the dealership along with the new truck after we finalized the deal. The rating I have issued is based upon my experience in purchasing a Centennial Edition Corvette, 2012 C6 GS 3LT 6 spd, on 5/31/12 from Daniels Long Chevrolet. Bill Holbrook met me on the lot as I was l purchasing a Centennial Edition Corvette, 2012 C6 GS 3LT 6 spd, on 5/31/12 from Daniels Long Chevrolet. Bill Holbrook met me on the lot as I was looking for a Vette as an investment purchase. I owned a 2011 C6 GS 3LT auto with paddle shift. Bill Holbrook is the most amazing sales rep I have ever worked with and I have purchased many sports cars in my life. He listened patiently to my wants, desires, and wishes, and answered a hundred questions. Bill is a true gentleman, and that quality is tremendously appreciated. The customer service that Bill Holbrook extended and continues to extend is the best I have ever received in my life. His knowledge of Vettes is extensive and he is an excellent educator not to mention his warm, welcoming, personality :) DLC has the best inventory on Vettes in Colorado! Instead of buying an investment car, I decided to trade after driving the Centennial Vette: I was hooked. Mark Barton, General Manager, is awesome on the customer service aspect as well. It was late evening when I arrived and these gentlemen stayed past 12 a.m. (way past closing time) to ensure all was perfect on my purchase from the test drive to the financing to the promised support after the sale which is rare to find: the promise is common, the support is not, but DLC is the exception. The trade was as smooth an experience I have ever had on a transaction of this nature. The trade-in offer from Mark Barton on my 2011 Vette was excellent and the price on the 2012 was excellent as well. Financing was a snap thanks to Jim Snider. Bill even followed me home to ensure my safety as it was very early in the morning. Regarding customer support/service after the sale: I have already called several times and gone by the dealership, all due to my learning curve, and each time I am given immediate attention from Bill, as well as support and education which is essential from a sales rep to a customer. There are always questions one has that may not be answered in the owner's manual or found on-line, so I go to Bill, who is always there for me and if he is with a customer, Mark Barton, Peter Vandenberghe, Billy Voyles, Justin Halvorson, and essentially all of the staff, are there to help me, and do :). I am confident and certain that they will take care of me and my 2012 Vette until the next one; if there is another one, since Bill put me into the perfect Vette for me! Made me realize how much I missed a 6 spd too! I am elated to have this one! Difference between Daniels Long Chevrolet and every other dealer I have purchased from is that this experience was an extremely positive one from the beginning to the end. It was fun, yes fun! we had a lot of laughs! DLC has the most positive, friendly, knowledgeable, enthused staff I have ever encountered in the car industry. As a single woman, I was treated with absolute respect and that's a first in all of my previous car purchasing experiences. This is most impressive from my viewpoint and most worthy of as many referrals as I can send to them. Having been a successful commissioned sales rep for 20+ years of my life, I know full well the value of customer service/support before and after the sale. Thus far, I am overwhelmed by the customer service and support I have received from Bill Holbrook, Mark Barton, Peter Vandenberghe and the entire staff at Daniels Long Chevrolet. This is a wonderful team at DLC! I never felt pressured or rushed as many dealerships make one feel, there was no run around, no hard sell tactics, no tricks,no lies, no "thanks, here's your car and a T-shirt, see ya", none of those things that give dealers and their reps a bad rap. Bill, Mark and Jim Snider (finance), and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the entire experience. It's a wonderful team to know and to conduct business with. Not to mention, I made wonderful new friends, and got hooked up in the Colorado Springs Corvette Club thanks to Mark Barton :) I cannot imagine, ever patronizing another dealership in the future for a new car purchase, a used car purchase, service or parts. I have since taken my 4Runner in for service and the experience for that was great! Even came with a ride home while the 4Runner was being serviced which has never been offered to me by any dealership or service center. Just overwhelming, superior customer service from the entire staff of DLC and yeah, it's a Toyota, but I won't take it to the Toyota dealerships in Colorado Springs, been down that road and it was a rough one. There is no comparison between DLC and the dealership I bought my first vette from or any dealer I've purchased a car from. Bill Holbrook, Mark Barton, Peter Vandenberghe, Jim Snider, and all of the staff are exceptional. DLC has my loyalty for life as I'm certain I have theirs. Thank you to all for an awesome experience!
