I usually do not write reviews however I felt it was important to comment. I had an issue with the ignition for my 2011 Taurus I called Kelly Ford for an appointment to resolve the problem. I explained the issue to the service writer then waited for a call back for the appointment. He called me back and told me that the car was too old and they couldn’t service it. He also told me to go where ever I get a sticker and maybe they could resolve the problem. I couldn’t believe that a dealership would deny service to my Ford. I called Danvers Ford told them about the age of the car and asked if they would service it. The reply, no problem. I then explained the issue I was having. Again, no problem and I got an appointment. I got a call the afternoon of the appointment to say they identified the problem and the car would be ready the following day. Danvers Ford has won a new customer and I will always speak negatively about Kelly Ford based on this experience. More

Don't bring your car here for service. Had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11 am on Friday morning. After a number of unanswered phone calls and 2 visits where "our car is next", Had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11 am on Friday morning. After a number of unanswered phone calls and 2 visits where "our car is next", we finally got our keys back at 5 pm (they close at 530) with NOTHING having been done. The car hadn't even been moved. The GM in charge of the service department only had to say "I'm sorry" and was completely useless. So if you want something actually DONE to your car, go elsewhere. We got NO service, NONE. Call to complain about it another day, he tells me to just go elsewhere. Nice customer service for what should have been a quick in and out 30 minute oil change. More
FYI: Horror story. Danvers Ford sold my Bronco to someone else. 7/14/20. Reserved a 4-door First Edition Bronco 10/30/21. officially placed a Bronco order with Mark Danvers Ford sold my Bronco to someone else. 7/14/20. Reserved a 4-door First Edition Bronco 10/30/21. officially placed a Bronco order with Mark O'Meara at Danvers Ford for roughly $59,500 5/22/23. Bronco arrived! Went back and forth on price as Danver's would not honor Ford Motor Co's price protection offer, and wanted me to pay ~$65,000 6/19/23. Emailed Danver's Ford with all the details of Ford's price protection policy to ensure I was getting a fair price (after also waiting ~3 years!) 6/22/23. Danver's Ford sold my car to another customer without even a heads-up. They didn't even call! 😭🤬 I can't even describe how upset I am. I am filing a consumer complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Three years of waiting and poof. Gone. Just because I wanted a fair price. More
