Beware of this Darlings location! I took my truck in for a simple alignment. They lacked transparency and acted unethically, disregarding basic customer service. They seem more interested in extracting additional fees than in providing quality, honest service. I strongly advise against using their services. This was an unfortunate experience that left me feeling exploited and taken advantage of. Update: took to a mechanic and gave them the print-out darlings charged me $125 for (surprise diagnostic fee). Mechanic laughed and checked off EVERYTHING they said needed to be replaced before it got the alignment INCLUDING THE TIE RODS. (they refused to do alignment unless I paid $3k in repairs.) Mechanic also advised all the "leaks" they found we're recently fixed, but just not cleaned. They didn't check for leaks; they just noticed old oil stains. I have 4 All Terrain tires on there that are approximately 6 months old. The rear tires are in near perfect condition with very little tread wear (second vehicle). They told my wife we'd need 4 new tires and tried charging us for it on the "Need to fix for alignment" issue. This is a clear attempt to defraud their customers. DEFINITELY DO NOT GO IN IF YOURE FEMALE THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. More
