When I phoned to make an appointment, I was referred to the automated online option for scheduling, and I would prefer to be able to just call and speak to someone, but, other than that, the service was ex the automated online option for scheduling, and I would prefer to be able to just call and speak to someone, but, other than that, the service was exceptional, as usual! With Josh Bartlett, being an absolutely fantastic Frank guy for the entire service department, and I LOVE dealing with him! He takes his time to explain things to me, & he NEVER makes me feel stupid, no matter what questions I need to ask! His time estimates are almost always completely accurate, right to the minute, and he’s just a really wonderful guy to deal with! I like him more and more every time I come for service on my grand Cherokee! More
