"Great experience while buying remotely from out-of-state"
I wanted a 2017/18 manual-transmission Audi A4, the only one I found available at a dealer in U.S. was at Morong-Falmouth. I worked with salesman Dan Dunham, had a great experience. This was my first time buying a used car, and sight-unseen at that (I live in Ohio). Dan explained the process and took care of all the paperwork and made the process easy for me, including answering several questions I had after completing the sale and accepting delivery. He made this a much easier process than I thought it might be. And, I think that they gave me a fair deal/price on the car. I am happy.

I just closed on my RAV4 Hybrid yesterday with Sales Consultant John Phillips. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Morong Falmouth! I called to inquire about the vehicle I ended up purchasing and from the jump there was no added pressure to come in and check it out. From the moment I arrived I was greeted outside, shown where to park, offered free lunch, and was able to test drive the vehicle with my wife. John handed me the keys and showed tremendous respect by allowing me to test drive without him even present. I was so pleased with the car I then returned and started the sales agreement which in the moment I was a little suspicious how it would be handled. John was very fair the whole time and never put any added pressure on me to negotiate a deal on the vehicle. I was provided with the full Carfax before I even test drove it as well. I found the price to be incredibly fair and a very good deal after looking online at other RAV4 Hybrids and there was no competition to Morong’s price point for the features of the vehicle, overall condition and the low number of miles on it for a used vehicle. The deal was seemless and I also wasn’t pressured by the business manager like I have been at other dealerships in the past. I left the dealership with a full fuel tank, a fresh wash, and John was insistent that I don’t leave until taking care of the car insurance and that it wasn’t worth the risk to just wait until I got home. He printed my new insurance card and assisted through the process. John also helped me download GPS software on the car and my phone to assist with navigated trips in the future. Morong must have cared for this vehicle like a baby because I am only supposed to average at best a 32MPG with this vehicle and I just achieved 40MPG on my first full day of driving the vehicle. "Purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes MLA 350"
I had set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle ahead of time. I even sent pre-approved loan documents to 2 different individuals in their internet sales group. Unfortunately, none of that documentation had been reviewed prior to arrival. However, once the document situation was resolved, Dan Dunham quickly put me on the right course, worked with the loan company directly, and was off in my MLA 350 in approximately 2 hours. I had a great experience and anticipate using Morong for future car purchases. John
