Fantastic service department . I showed up to the service for my appointment and as soon as the doors open and I drove in their we're two smiling faces to greet me. Also I tried to order mud flaps for my dodge and was told they cannot get then for my vehicle . But that morning Andy said we have the mud flaps for my car. He went out of his way to get them for me. The sales staff at Darling's treated us fairly in all respects, i My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir at Darling's Auto Mall. The sales staff at Darling's treated us fairly in all respects, including everyone from the general manager on down, particularly Buddy Norwood. Buddy's friendly professionalism made the experience the best we've ever had at a new car dealership. Buddy said he hadn't been in sales all that long but he sure seemed to know everything about the cars we were interested in and whatever he wasn't sure of he double checked on accuracy. Moreover, he was very patient and applied no pressure even though we were in and out of the dealership several times over a three week period before we decided what car we wanted. All in all, we received excellent treatment from the entire sales team and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had Buddy as the sales rep who handled our purchase.
