Mike went out of his way to have a vehicle delivered from another location which arrived the same day. I had a great experience and will most definitely return in the future. Mike not only walked me through everything but he did so on a more personal level which made the experience more of a friendly encounter than a business transaction. I am a firm believer that customer service expectations will always make or break return service and I am glad to say Mike was amazing to deal with and the overall experience was great. More

Mike Hill was my sales representative and he didn't hesitate to get me what I wanted most, the number 1 car on my list. Mike knew how much this car meant to me and how badly I wanted to see it. The car was available and he personally drove it down the next day so I could test drive it and made my experience every bit what I expected from a great car salesman! After my test drive, Darlings Auto Mall was past store hours, but everyone who helped me purchase my car that night stayed over time until 7pm! Best Customer Service Around!!! I had some issues the 1st week of being in my new vehicle and was unsure of what to expect when I had to let someone know, however it turned out to be I had some issues the 1st week of being in my new vehicle and was unsure of what to expect when I had to let someone know, however it turned out to be quite opposite from what I expected given my experience at previous dealerships. They did not even hesitate with offering to put me into a newer vehicle and even delivered it to me from Ellsworth to Augusta. To me, this spoke volumes about the way Darlings values their customers. They've earned my trust and respect and I hope to be a long time customer moving forward! Loving the new car, it rides like a dream and I can't even tell you how excited I am about the gas mileage!!
