The folks there are caring and are people focused. They want to really help customers find the right vehicle at the right price. They sold me a vehicle that was used but had so many more bells and whistles than a new one that would have cost me more. The salesman and finance person were both really friendly and genuine. They answered all my questions easily and took time to explain things that i did not easily understand the first time. Buying a car is not always easy and it is a big decision for me to make. These fellows were understanding and supportive and totally understood my fears concerns with the process and did their best to help me feel at ease with my decisions. I hope they remain at Darlings for years to come and can help me the next time I purchase a vehicle. I want to say that i went into the process with an open mind and was leaning towards maybe a brand new car, but the salesman showed me new and a wonderful used vehicle and i test drove both. The used was like new! It had been with one owner and had only 1600 or so miles on it. It had been in Maine and not in hurricane affected areas so i was not worried about that. I like my new jeep. More
